Purpose of this role To enable organisations to lead their own Continuous Improvement with integrated AI solutions, so that improvement becomes self sustaining rather than consultant dependent. Where it is going Continuous Improvement has always been about finding the waste, solving the real problem and making the gain stick. AI changes what is possible at every step of that cycle, and very few practitioners can do both well. This role establishes Vative as the organisation that joins them, through accredited education and live transformation work. It is a new field, and we are looking for the person to lead and amplify it. Goals in the first twelve months
• Support the design and launch the integrated CI and AI education offering, including nationally accredited qualifications
• Lead live improvement projects inside client organisations through to measured results
• Build internal client capability so improvement continues after we step back




• Establish the best practice framework that the rest of the Vative team delivers from Who the role serves Client leaders and frontline teams, the learners who complete our accredited programs, the Vative team who will deliver from what you build, and the wider ShareTree community that our social enterprise work supports. People: who we are looking for
• Strong Continuous Improvement and process optimisation expertise (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or equivalent) with the ability to translate it into practical facilitation
• Hands on capability with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot, including prompting, workflow design, and clear judgement about where AI adds value and where it does not
• Proven facilitation, adult education or corporate training experience, including curriculum design, workshop delivery and coaching at executive and frontline levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly at every level of an organisation
• Solid analytical and problem solving ability, turning data into recommendations people will act on
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, engineering, data and analytics, education or a related field. Continuous Improvement certifications and a TAE or equivalent training qualification are highly regarded

• Design and deliver training, workshops and nationally accredited qualifications that bring Continuous Improvement and practical AI together
• Facilitate improvement projects on client sites, guiding teams through data driven problem solving
• Coach leaders and teams to apply AI to their processes, decision making and performance, and to build that capability internally
• Partner with client leadership to identify improvement opportunities and shape the transformation roadmap
• Document outcomes, build the best practice framework, and keep content current as AI capability moves Performance: how success is measured
• Measurable improvement outcomes delivered in client organisations, in time, cost, quality or engagement
• Learner completion and competency outcomes across accredited delivery
• Client capability retained, evidenced by improvement activity continuing without us
• Participant and client feedback, fed back into the content each cycle
