As we continue to expand, we are looking for a National Partnerships & Distribution Manager to join our fast paced and growing team.

About the Role
We are looking for a National Partnerships & Distribution Manager who is experienced in leading and driving growth through third party distribution channels building strong relationships with brokers, aggregator networks, referral partners, mortgage managers, white label partners as well as identifying and executing on growth new opportunities. You will be working with the Head of Sales/Revenue/CEO and ultimately be responsible for delivering upon key performance metrics and reporting to key stakeholders / shareholders. You will have a proven track record in broker third party and aggregator partnerships and distribution in the mortgage lending industry. Loan origination comes from three major streams including mortgage brokers/aggregators, refers and direct consumer enquiries.

Key responsibilities
• Own and execute a national sales strategy that drives market share across broker and aggregator networks
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key commercial partners
• Identify and develop new strategic partnerships with aggregators, referral parties,



mortgage managers and channels that unlock additional growth opportunities
• Attending industry events and promoting Funding
• Educating our partners about our products
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Credit and Operations to deliver a competitive proposition and market-leading experience What will you bring to the role?
• 5+ years experience working in sales / distribution within the finance, lending and mortgage space
• Proven track record in delivering outcomes
• Bring an existing network and industry relationships
• Strong product and credit understanding
• The ability to work autonomously, while being part of a team
• Highly motivated with excellent time management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed presentation, prospecting, workshopping, and influencing skills.
