• Appropriate hospitality training, including completion of a supervisory course.
• A current RSA recognised in NSW.
• Clear communication, strong organisation and a calm approach during busy service.
• A practical, hands-on leadership style and genuine care for guests and colleagues.
• Availability to work a roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Australian working rights appropriate to the position.
What we offer

• Direct support from the [Venue Manager/owner].
• Remuneration reflecting your experience, no less than the applicable Restaurant Industry Award 2020 Food and Beverage rates, plus superannuation.
• Applicable penalty rates, overtime and allowances paid in accordance with the Award, with leave and other entitlements provided under the National Employment Standards.
How to apply
• Apply through LinkedIn by COB 15th November 2026.
