About The Role
Pyramid Global Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Angular Developer to contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of modern web applications. This hands-on role is suited to a senior engineer with at least eight years of experience building web solutions and advanced proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You will help shape reusable front-end components, deliver responsive user experiences, and improve application performance. The successful candidate will work closely with product, design, quality assurance, and engineering colleagues in an agile environment. You will contribute throughout the software delivery lifecycle, from technical planning and implementation to automated testing and production deployment. Experience creating Node.js APIs to support Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) features will also be valuable. Qualifications Candidates should have a minimum of eight years of experience in contemporary web application development and advanced practical knowledge of Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Sass or Less, ES6+, and TypeScript.



Experience with Foundation or similar front-end frameworks, responsive web design, component-based architecture, and page optimization is expected. You should have hands-on commercial experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) and test-driven development (TDD), including Jest and Cypress. Additional qualifications include experience with Webpack or Parcel, build automation tools such as Gulp or Grunt, and package managers such as npm or Yarn. Strong Git skills and experience coordinating source-control workflows across multiple teams are required. Applicants should understand REST/JSON web services, XSS prevention techniques, and the design of unit, integration, and performance tests for APIs and user interface components. Experience building Node.js APIs, collaborating with other engineering teams, and working with JIRA or a comparable tracking tool is important. Practical knowledge of functional programming concepts is an advantage. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and reusable Angular components. Translate product and design requirements into maintainable, accessible, and efficient front-end solutions.



Identify and address performance issues through page optimization and sound implementation practices. Create and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests for application interfaces and APIs. Apply BDD and TDD practices using tools such as Jest and Cypress, and support reliable quality assurance throughout development. Integrate REST/JSON services and contribute to Node.js BFF APIs where needed. Build and maintain configuration, build, and test scripts for continuous delivery environments. Implement and improve automated CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, supporting the process from code checks through production deployment. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, participate in agile delivery activities, manage work in JIRA, and contribute to code reviews and shared engineering standards.
