About the role
Zentact Systems is looking for an experienced Test Lead to own testing strategy and delivery for data-intensive programs. This is a permanent, Sydney-based role. You’ll lead end-to-end testing across ETL and data validation, migration, reporting and cloud platforms, and act as the quality voice with business and technology stakeholders What you’ll do
• Define test strategy and plans for complex telecom programs
• Lead and manage end-to-end test execution across multiple workstreams
• Design and oversee test cases for ETL, data validation, migration and reporting
• Run migration testing, including reconciliation and cutover validation
• Manage defects through to resolution, with clear tracking and triage
• Report test progress, risks and quality metrics to senior stakeholders
• Provide leadership and governance across test teams
• Collaborate with business, delivery, data and cloud teams
• What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in software testing and QA, with 5+ years as a Test Lead
• Strong experience testing in the telecom domain
• Proven ETL and data validation testing
• Hands-on migration testing experience
• Reporting validation experience
• Experience testing on cloud platforms
• Robust test planning, strategy and test design skills
• Confident stakeholder management, leadership and governance
