Role Description

Key Responsibilities

- Configure agreed customer-service processes and related business configuration.
- Prepare detailed functional/configuration documentation and RICEFW inputs.
- Support source-to-target mapping and validation of migrated customer/service data.
- Execute unit testing and provide functional inputs for SIT/E2E testing and defect resolution.
- Support cutover rehearsal, deployment, reconciliation and post-go-live stabilisation.

Deliverables

- Configured Service Cloud processes and configuration workbook.
- Functional specifications and mapping inputs.
- Unit-test evidence and defect documentation.
- SIT/E2E support artefacts.
- Cutover and operational handover inputs.

Required Skills And Experience

- 4-6 years of overall relevant SAP CX/CRM experience with SAP Service Cloud v1 / v2 expertise.
- Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP Service Cloud / C4C implementation experience.
- Hands-on configuration experience in customer/service objects, service requests, activities, statuses, workflows, approvals and roles.
- Understanding of C4C data model, integration and migration concepts.




- Experience preparing configuration documentation and executing unit/functional testing.

Desired Skills And Experience

- SAP Service Cloud / C4C certification.
- Experience with SAP CDC, SAP ERP/S/4HANA, BTP or portal integrations.
- Exposure to reporting, cutover, reconciliation and hypercare.
