We’re looking for a Social Designer who lives and breathes social, culture and great design craft to join our growing creative team at Influential.

Sitting at the intersection of design, motion and culture, you’ll turn social-first ideas into beautifully crafted, platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms. From always-on content to campaign moments, you’ll create work that feels current, distinctive and made for how people actually engage with social.

Working across a portfolio of global brands, you’ll collaborate with creatives, strategists, social and production teams to bring ideas to life, with the opportunity to present your work directly to clients.

Day to day in this role, you’ll get to:

- Design social-first content across motion, Reels, Stories, carousels, static and short-form video.

- Turn creative concepts into polished, platform-native executions.

- Bring strong motion design, editing and visual craft to the work.

- Tap into culture, social trends and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant.

- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, social and production teams.

- Present creative ideas and work directly to clients.

- Use AI and emerging tools to elevate craft and streamline production.

Qualifications:



We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- 3+ years experience as a Social Designer or Social Creative within an agency environment.

- A strong portfolio showcasing social-first design, motion and visual craft.

- Strong skills across After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube and emerging social platforms.

- A great eye for typography, layout and brand consistency.

- Culturally curious, proactive and comfortable working at pace.

- Experience with Figma and AI creative tools is a bonus.
