Introduction
We're looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Care Partner who understands the complexities of community aged care, thrives on developing others and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes through the Support at Home Program.
At BallyCara, we believe growing older shouldn't mean giving up independence, choice or the things that make life meaningful and behind every great care experience is someone who knows how to bring clinical expertise, compassion and strong leadership together.
This isn't a traditional clinical management role. We are looking for someone who has both clinical and Support at Home experience. Do you enjoy leading people, solving complex challenges and making a difference in the lives of older people, this could be the career move you've been waiting for.
It's an opportunity to influence clinical practice, guide a dedicated team and help shape the delivery of secure, responsive and genuinely person-centred care.
For over 40 years, BallyCara has been supporting older Australians to live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
We're an established, not-for-profit organisation with a strong focus on positive ageing, wellness and meaningful relationships.
Our approach is guided by our SONA® philosophy, inspired by the Gaelic word for happiness, and our commitment to Inspiring Healthy and Happy Living.
We believe great care begins with great relationships, and that includes the relationships we build with our people.
When you join BallyCara, you're not simply taking on another position. You're becoming part of our BallyBunch, where your expertise is respected, your ideas matter and your contribution makes a genuine difference.

You recognise the importance of balancing clinical needs, client choice, funding arrangements, quality requirements and service sustainability.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
