I'm looking for a Workplace Experience Concierge ?

Do you enjoy creating great experiences for people and take pride in making a workplace feel welcoming, organised and professional?

We are looking for a proactive and service-focused Workplace Experience Concierge to join our team in Brisbane. This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll be at the heart of the workplace experience, supporting employees, visitors and stakeholders while making sure the office runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing

☕ Managing kitchen, pantry and workplace hospitality

? Welcoming employees and visitors

? Keeping meeting rooms and shared spaces presentation-ready

? Managing couriers, mail and deliveries

? Monitoring workplace supplies and consumables

? Coordinating with vendors, contractors and building management

? Supporting meetings, catering, events and employee initiatives

? Identifying and resolving day-to-day workplace issues

?️ Supporting workplace safety and security

Who we’re looking for





Someone who is naturally proactive, organised and customer-focused - the type of person who notices what needs to be done and simply gets on with it.

You’ll ideally have experience in reception, hospitality, concierge, facilities, office administration, customer service or another customer-facing environment.

Most importantly, you’ll bring:
