The Opportunity

Are you a safety-focused and customer-oriented warehouse professional with a passion for supporting efficient mining operations? Thiess is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Officer to join our high-performing team at Lake Vermont Mine.

As a key member of the Lake Vermont Mine team, you'll be responsible for supporting the protected, efficient and cost-effective operation of the warehouse through the timely receipt, storage, issuing and dispatch of goods and materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and exceptional stakeholder service.

Roster: 7/7 Day & Night Rotating | Location: Lake Vermont Mine, QLD | Employment Type: Full Time

As the Warehouse Officer, you will:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, ensuring goods and materials are received, stored and dispatched efficiently to support site operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, audits and warehouse system transactions.
- Support maintenance activities by ensuring parts, materials and tooling are available when required while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety compliance.

About You

- Previous warehousing, stores or logistics experience within mining, maintenance or heavy industry,



with a current Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence highly regarded.
- Experience using ERP systems such as JD Edwards, strong organisational skills and a commitment to safety, customer service and inventory accuracy.
