As our Victorian project portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join our growing Construction Delivery team in Melbourne.

The opportunity on offer

As Site Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day construction activities across our large-scale industrial projects throughout Victoria, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with our Construction Managers, Project Managers and broader delivery teams, you'll oversee site operations from construction commencement through to practical completion and handover.

You'll play a pivotal role in managing subcontractors, coordinating site resources, driving construction programs and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of your projects while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team that values accountability, technical expertise and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards;
- Develop, manage and monitor construction programs, ensuring key milestones are achieved and potential delays are proactively addressed;
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel, driving productivity, effective resource management and seamless project coordination;
- Implement and maintain Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality (EHSQ) requirements, proactively managing site risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards;
- Drive quality assurance, inspections and defect management,



ensuring works meet project specifications and contractual requirements through to handover; and
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal project teams, providing effective leadership and fostering a collaborative, high-performing site environment.

A bit about you

You'll be an experienced and capable Site Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects and leading teams to achieve successful outcomes.

You're confident managing the complexities of construction delivery, comfortable making decisions and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges before they impact the project.

You understand the importance of balancing safety, quality, program and commercial outcomes, while maintaining strong relationships with the people you work alongside.

Above all, you're someone who leads by example, takes ownership of your responsibilities and genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative and high-performing construction team.

To be successful, you will also demonstrate:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale industrial and/or commercial construction projects, ideally valued at $30 million or above;
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, programming, subcontractor coordination and site resource management;
- A thorough understanding of EHSQ requirements, quality assurance processes and relevant construction regulations;
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive performance, build relationships and foster collaborative site teams; and
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to managing project risks, competing priorities and delivery outcomes.
