Asset Management Services
CPP’s Asset Management Services (AMS) ensure the reliability and longevity of high-voltage assets. As a key part of our end-to-end service offering, we provide a seamless transition from construction and commissioning to ongoing asset management.
The AMS team delivers critical maintenance, replacement and upgrade projects for Australia's electricity network. Trusted by major utility and infrastructure clients, AMS manages and maintains high-voltage assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring essential infrastructure remains protected, reliable and ready to meet future demand.
With significant growth underway and an expanding portfolio of projects, there has never been a better time to join AMS and play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing business delivering critical infrastructure across Australia.
As CPP's AMS business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organised Services Planner to help build and shape a critical planning function that supports maintenance, replacement and upgrade projects across Australia's electricity infrastructure network. This newly created role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact by improving resource utilisation, project readiness and delivery outcomes across a national portfolio of work.
Working closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Leading Hands and field-based teams, you'll take ownership of workforce planning, scheduling and work-pack preparation, ensuring projects and maintenance activities are planned effectively before work reaches site. You'll maintain visibility of available resources, employee capabilities and upcoming work demands, helping balance competing priorities across multiple projects and locations.
For the right person, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing business unit, influence how planning is delivered and build a long-term career within one of Australia's leading utility infrastructure organisations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, resource scheduling, project planning or a closely related discipline.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
