Disciplinary and criminal prosecutions occur in a variety of jurisdictions including the Supreme Court, State Administrative tribunal and Magistrates Court. This team’s litigation role extends also to matters where the Board is the respondent such as review,



appeal and civil matters.The Senior Lawyer supports the Director Investigation and Legal and the Principal Lawyers in their roles and in the delivery of high quality and efficient legal services.

Lawyers lead and undertake complex investigations, dispute resolution processes, and the prosecution of criminal and civil matters.
