Clark Tanks is looking for a driven and customer-focused

Sales Coordinator to join our Dalby team. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Working closely with customers, builders, and the wider sales team, you'll manage enquiries, prepare quotes, convert leads into sales, and provide expert advice on our industry-leading water storage solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to phone, email and online customer enquiries

Converting quotes and inbound leads into sales

Processing orders and maintaining accurate CRM records

Supporting the Sales Team with administration and customer follow-up

Building strong relationships with new and existing customers

Providing technical product advice and assisting with complex enquiries

Monitoring web enquiries and online orders





Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across service, quality and safety

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and sales skills A confident communicator who enjoys helping customers

Ability to problem solve and think on your feet

Highly organised with solid attention to detail

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office A positive, proactive, can-do attitude

Commitment to teamwork, safety and continuous improvement
