Your Impact

Lead a complex supply chain transformation from strategic discovery through to execution, operational readiness and handover. You’ll bring together network strategy, future-state operations, capital planning, commercialisation and people change into one integrated program.

Your focus is turning strategic direction into clear decisions, sequenced delivery plans and executable work packages. You’ll create the structure and accountability that keeps investment, delivery and operational outcomes aligned while protecting business continuity through significant change.

Key Responsibilities

- Shape the integrated program roadmap and critical path, connecting discovery, strategy, future-state decisions and execution into a clear delivery pathway.

- Mobilise workstream leads and PMO support around clear charters, accountabilities, governance, resourcing and sequenced delivery plans.

- Lead investment-case development with Finance and business owners, defining costs, benefits, contingencies and funding requirements as scope matures.

- Control program-level risk, dependencies, change, decisions, schedule and cost,



providing executives with clear options and recommendations on material issues.

- Integrate operational readiness, commissioning, training, SOPs, handover and post-go-live support to enable protected transitions into sustainable BAU operations.

About You

- You bring demonstrated experience across complex, multi-year transformation, capital or network-optimisation programs within FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain environments.

- You combine strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate scenarios, trade-offs, investment requirements, costs and benefits.

- You understand beverage manufacturing, commissioning, capital delivery, operational readiness and business transition.

- You navigate ambiguity with confidence, bringing structure and clarity to complex environments where decisions and assumptions continue to evolve.

- You establish clear accountability across cross-functional teams while influencing executive stakeholders and navigating competing priorities and dependencies.
