About the RoleSea Movement Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated and approachable Physiotherapist to join our growing team on a part time contract basis.

The role offers a varied mix of clinic-based and community physiotherapy, with the flexibility to build your own roster around your availability and preferred working hours.

You'll work with a diverse range of clients, with a large proportion of community-based work involving older adults living independently or in residential aged care. Treatment is individualised and may take place in a client's home, aged care facility, local pool, gym, bowls green or other community settings.

We take a practical, hands-on approach to physiotherapy, combining manual therapy, movement education and individualised exercise programs to help clients manage pain, improve mobility and maintain independence.

What We're Looking For

- A qualified and AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist.
- A strong interest in manual therapy and hands-on treatment as part of your clinical approach.
- Ability to assess clients and develop and deliver individualised exercise programs.
- An adaptable approach to treating older adults, including clients with reduced mobility, chronic conditions and complex presentations.
- Someone comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule.
- A friendly, approachable manner and good communication skills.

No specific clinical experience is required. New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are welcome to apply. We are more interested in finding someone with the right approach to treatment, a willingness to learn and an interest in providing quality, individualised care. The Practicalities

- Part-time contract position with flexible hours.
- Combination of clinic and community-based appointments.
- Opportunity to develop a roster that suits your availability.
- Community visits throughout the Coffs Harbour region, from Sawtell to Woolgoolga and out towards Coramba.
- Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence essential.
- Ability and willingness to travel to different community settings.

Why Join Sea Movement Physiotherapy? This is an opportunity to work in a flexible environment where you can develop your own working schedule and enjoy variety in your clinical caseload. You'll have the opportunity to work with clients in a range of settings, build meaningful relationships within the local community and deliver physiotherapy that focuses on improving everyday movement and function.
- If you enjoy hands-on physiotherapy, value exercise-based rehabilitation and like the idea of taking treatment beyond the traditional clinic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
