Our recruitment agency is seeking a reliable, hands-on Formwork Labourer with a current LF Forklift Licence to join our client's construction team in Wellington Point.
About the Role
This is a practical, hands-on construction role supporting formwork crews with the movement, handling and removal of formwork equipment. You'll assist with clearing and relocating gear after stripping crews finish, helping keep the site organised and work progressing safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist formwork crews with moving and handling equipment.
- Help remove, transparent and relocate formwork gear after stripping crews finish.
- Operate a forklift to manoeuvre and position materials and equipment around site.
- Provide general hands-on support to formworkers.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite.
- Follow site instructions and work collaboratively with the construction team.
About You
- Previous formwork or construction labouring experience preferred.
- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential).
- Current White Card (essential).
- Confident operating a forklift in a construction site environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on labouring and moving equipment.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work well within a team.
Key Requirement
