Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using an integrative and functional medicine framework.
- Develop personalized treatment plans focusing on holistic health, executive wellness, and preventative care.
- Manage and transition your existing patient base while actively welcoming new patients from our CBD network.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and streamlined care.
Who We Are Looking For
- Established Network: A dedicated Integrative GP currently based in Brisbane with a strong, loyal patient base ready to transition with you.
- Qualifications: Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner (FRACGP or equivalent) with Specialist AHPRA registration.
- Expertise: Demonstrated experience and additional qualifications in Integrative Medicine, Nutritional Medicine, or Functional Health.
- Approach: A forward-thinking, root-cause approach to complex chronic diseases and preventative wellness.
