Job Description

We’re looking for a Casual Front Office All-Rounder to join our team, working across Front Office and Food & Beverage. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of the full guest journey, from welcoming guests at reception to supporting our restaurant and bar.

You’ll suit this role if you enjoy variety, connecting with people and being part of a team where everyone plays an important role in delivering a outstanding guest experience.

What you’ll do:

- Deliver warm and personalised check-in and check-out experiences.
- Assist guests with enquiries, requests, payments and hotel services.
- Support restaurant and bar operations with attentive, friendly service.
- Assist with events, functions and dining experiences across the hotel.
- Share your knowledge of the hotel and local area with guests.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism.
- Support wider hotel operations, including phones, emails and occasional porter duties.
