As Venue Manager, you won’t just be supervising floor service; you’ll be orchestrating this towns favourite social phenomenon. Backed by a high-performing support structure of Assistant Managers, supervisors, and an energetic crew of 40+, you'll own the guest journey from early corporate team-building events right through to packed weekend celebration crowds.

What You'll Bring to the Table

- 1+ years as a Venue Manager or similar in large-format, multi-department, or multi-faceted venues
- Hands-on commercial capability spanning P&L; management, labour optimisation, and revenue growth
- Natural leadership style focused on team coaching, high service standards, and performance management
- Exceptional time management skills and a passion for fast-paced, high-volume operations
