Our client is a luxury resort in the Sunraysia region, focused on delivering consistently high standards of presentation and guest experience across villa accommodation and public areas.

This opportunity will suit a hands-on Housekeeping Manager who enjoys leading from the floor, building a capable team, and setting practical systems that lift quality, productivity and consistency.

About the Role

- Lead daily housekeeping operations across accommodation and public areas
- Ensure guest-ready standards are met for arrivals and peak turnover days
- Run quality checks, audits and clear housekeeping workflows
- Recruit, train and performance-manage a high-performing team
- Manage stock, linen controls and external laundry provider relationships

Skills and Experience

- 2+ years in a housekeeping supervisor/manager role (hotel, resort or holiday park)
- Proven experience coordinating teams and busy cleaning schedules
- Strong eye for detail with a practical, standards-driven approach
- Confident with rosters and housekeeping systems (PMS/time and attendance tools)
- Availability to work weekends,



evenings and public holidays as required
