Opened in April, Julietta is a 40-seater neighbourhood Italian restaurant and wine bar in South Yarra that's the talk of the town. High energy, warm service, outstanding food and drinks, no pretentiousness.

Our small but well-formed menu is pasta- and antipasti-led, with a focus on everything made in-house using the very best local and imported ingredients and a passion for seasonality. While we're a small venue and a busy venue, so we carefully balance speed with precision and care in everything we prepare.

As we gear up for another busy summer season, we're looking to bring experienced chefs of all levels into our supportive, professional kitchen team!

About You:

We’re seeking experienced chefs that bring:

- At least 2-years experience as a professional chef
- Experience in a professional, high-volume kitchen where care and speed go hand-in-hand




- A highly organised and orderly way of working in the kitchen
- Pride in your work and being part of a high performing team
- Ability to work in a small kitchen
- A relentless passion and love for food and hospitality
