We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Casual Educator to join our kindergarten team at Hampton Park Community House.
The successful candidate should be available Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
The educator will work in our kindergarten program during school terms and support our School Age Vacation Care program during term breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead the kindergarten room, stepping into the Room Leader role when the Early Childhood Teacher is unavailable.
- Act as the Responsible Person when rostered, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and service policies.
- Contribute to educational planning, programming and documentation.
- Manage daily routines,
supervise children and maintain a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure daily operational tasks and compliance requirements are completed.
- Work collaboratively with educators, children and families to support positive learning outcomes.
We are looking for a reliable, flexible and enthusiastic educator with solid leadership skills, sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.
