Tsukumi Sushi is looking for reliable and hardworking kitchen staff to join our new Strathpine store.
Main Duties:
- Preparing sushi ingredients and other kitchen items
- Making sushi rolls and hot food
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Assisting with stock preparation and storage
- Working efficiently with other team members during busy periods
What We Are Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Able to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment
- Willing to learn and follow standard recipes and procedures
- Valuable teamwork and a positive attitude
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Previous kitchen or sushi-making experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
