Twins Smash Burgers is a busy burger spot located in Palm Beach, Gold Coast. We keep the menu simple and do it properly: fresh beef, smashed to order on a hot flat-top, served fast.
The role
We're looking for a grill cook to own the flat-top. You'll be smashing and cooking burgers to a consistent standard during service, keeping your station spotless and organised, and working closely with a small team.
What you'll do
- Smash, season and cook patties to order on the flat-top grill
- Keep quality and presentation consistent during busy services
- Keep your station clean, stocked and organised throughout the shift
- Help with prep, opening and closing, including a full grill clean-down
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What we're looking for
- Experience on a grill or flat-top in a fast-paced kitchen (smash burger experience is a big plus)
- Someone clean, tidy and organised who takes pride in their station
- Able to stay calm and quick under pressure
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude
- Available [nights / weekends / specific days]
- Full working rights in Australia
