At XTOUR Caravans, we manufacture premium caravans, and we're looking for a highly capable, hands-on Fit-Out & Finishing Technician who takes genuine pride in their workmanship.

We're not looking for someone who simply gets the job done. We want someone who notices the small details, takes responsibility for their work and understands that the final finish of a caravan reflects the quality of our entire business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the internal fit-out, external finishing and final presentation of our caravans, ensuring every component is fitted correctly, finished professionally and meets our high quality standards.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role where precision, attention to detail and accountability are essential.

You will:

- Install upholstery, mattresses, tables, cabinetry and internal fittings
- Carry out cabinetry adjustments, including aligning doors, drawers, hinges, panels and ensuring consistent gaps and finishes
- Fit internal and external caravan accessories
- Install air conditioners, windows, awnings, steps, spare wheels, toolboxes and access doors
- Install angle capping, trims and external finishing components
- Complete professional sealing and caulking throughout the caravan
- Identify and rectify imperfections, poor alignment and finishing defects
- Ensure all cabinetry, fixtures and fittings operate correctly and are securely installed
- Carry out final detailing, cleaning and presentation checks




- Inspect your own work and correct issues before they reach final quality control
- Work closely with the production team to maintain build schedules without compromising quality

- Notices uneven gaps, poor alignment, untidy sealing and finishing imperfections
- Has excellent hands-on problem-solving skills
- Understands the importance of precision and presentation
- Is confident making cabinetry adjustments and fitting components accurately
- Takes pride in completing work properly the first time
- Works efficiently without cutting corners
- Is reliable, organised and comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
- Can work independently while contributing to the wider production team

We want someone who sees a problem and fixes it, not someone who walks past it.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in caravan manufacturing, RV production.
- Strong sealing and caulking skills are essential
- Experience installing and adjusting cabinetry, doors, drawers, hinges and internal fittings
- Confident and competent using hand and power tools
- Ability to achieve a consistently high standard of fit and finish
- Strong attention to detail and quality control




- Ability to follow manufacturing instructions and work to production deadlines
- Full Australian working rights

Previous caravan manufacturing experience will be highly regarded.
