Leo’s Truck & Trailer Repairs is looking for a reliable, organised and hardworking Admin / Parts Runner to join our busy truck and trailer repair workshop in Wetherill Park.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Assisting with invoices, estimates and general paperwork
- Entering and updating customer and vehicle information
- Ordering parts and following up with suppliers
- Assisting with general office and workshop administration
- Communicating with mechanics, suppliers and customers
- Discretion and confidential handling of private business information
Parts Runner
- Picking up parts from suppliers and delivering them to the workshop
- Dropping off and returning parts when required
- Checking parts against invoices and orders
- Ensuring the correct parts are collected and delivered
- Loading and unloading parts safely
- Keeping track of parts and deliveries
- Assisting mechanics with sourcing parts when required
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised and able to multitask
- Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
- Comfortable using a computer and basic office systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting and moving parts when required
- Has a current driver's licence
- Has a good driving record
- Able to work in a busy workshop environment
- Mechanically minded or familiar with trucks/vehicles (preferred but not essential)
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in administration, automotive parts, a mechanical workshop or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
The right person will be reliable, willing to learn and have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
