You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced sales professionals and gain practical exposure to the full residential sales process.

You’ll learn how successful agents:

- Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Generate new business and identify opportunities
- Prospect and develop a pipeline
- Conduct buyer follow-up and database management
- Prepare properties for market
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Negotiate and manage offers
- Build a strong personal profile and local presence
- Convert leads into listings and successful sales

This is a hands-on learning environment where you will be encouraged to ask questions, take responsibility and continuously improve.

You may be:

Already working in real estate and looking for the right team to take your career to the next level.

New to real estate and looking for an opportunity to learn the industry from experienced professionals.

Coming from another sales or customer-facing industry and wanting to transfer your communication, relationship-building and sales skills into real estate.
