At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for a creative, digitally savvy and organised Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team, with a dedicated focus on Styletread, one of Australia's leading online destinations for fashion footwear.

As one of our Social Media & Marketing Coordinators, you'll play a key role in managing Styletread's social media presence, creating engaging content and supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital channels.

From planning social content and coordinating photoshoots to working with influencers and monitoring campaign performance, you'll help strengthen Styletread's brand presence, grow its online community and drive customer engagement.

Working closely with our Marketing, Creative, eCommerce and Brand teams, you'll ensure content is engaging, commercially relevant and aligned with Styletread's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Styletread's day-to-day social media activity across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging social content that reflects Styletread's brand identity and supports marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and manage social media communities, responding to customer interactions and building positive brand engagement.
- Coordinate content production, including photoshoots, video shoots, influencer collaborations and user-generated content.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators, coordinating product seeding and campaign activities.
- Stay across emerging social media trends, platform updates and fashion trends to identify new opportunities for engaging content.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance,



providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach and growth.

About You

- Previous experience in a social media, marketing or content coordination role.
- Experience within fashion, footwear, eCommerce or a retail environment.
- Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and how social media supports broader marketing objectives.
- Experience using social media scheduling, reporting and content management tools.
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for engaging, visually appealing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A current driver's licence.
