We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist to join our Marketing and Content team. This is an entry-level role with broad exposure across brand, content, campaigns, live events and the marketplace itself. You’ll learn how the business works from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

- Create video, photo, social and written content that drives engagement
- Plan, produce and schedule social posts
- Promote upcoming sales to lift interest and participation
- Share auction highlights, results and success stories
- Manage the weekly APlus News newsletter from planning to send
- Brief contributors, manage deadlines and edits, and surface stories from market data
- Help prepare campaign assets, schedules and reporting
- Attend field days, sales and industry events to capture content on the ground
- Support Market Operations during peak periods,



including customer service, sale preparation and HubSpot data entry

Skills and experience you’ll bring

- A genuine drive to build a career in marketing and content
- Confidence on camera and representing AuctionsPlus in the field
- Robust writing skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Basic video editing skills, or a strong willingness to learn
- Solid organisation across multiple deadlines
- A clear, friendly phone manner and a calm approach to problem solving
- Flexibility to step into Operations when the business needs it

Highly regarded

- Tertiary study in marketing, communications, media or similar
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut or HubSpot
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in agriculture, or a strong connection to rural Australia
