Uprise Digital is hiring a Junior Meta Ad Strategist to run paid social campaigns and manage client relationships across a portfolio of high-ticket service businesses. You’ll be working directly with our founder, learning fast, and held to a real standard from day one.

What You’ll Actually Do

Build, manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns across a portfolio of clients in industries like construction, legal and solar. That means writing copy, developing creative concepts, managing budgets, pulling reports, and knowing what to do when an ad stops performing.

Own client relationships. You’ll be on fortnightly calls, in Slack threads, and delivering reporting that clients actually understand. The ability to communicate clearly with business owners is non-negotiable.

Work with our content team to concept and brief ad creative. Not just execute briefs, but think through hooks, angles, and what makes someone stop scrolling in a niche market.

Stay on top of your accounts daily. Ad fatigue, audience refinements, targeting adjustments. These things don’t manage themselves.

What We’re Looking For





Genuine interest in Meta advertising and direct response marketing. You follow the space, you notice good ads, and you have opinions about why they work.

Someone who can write. Punchy, specific, human. You understand that “Tired of chasing leads who ghost you?” hits differently than “Generate more leads today.”

Comfortable with data at a basic level. You can open a Meta dashboard, form a view on what’s working, and explain it to a client without getting lost in jargon.

Mature enough to hold a client conversation with confidence. Business owners will be relying on you, and that requires someone who shows up prepared and communicates clearly.

Melbourne-based and able to come into our Cremorne office regularly.
