About The Role

As the exclusive national dealer for JCB Construction Equipment, we continue to expand our JCB division and are seeking a skilled JCB Parts Interpreter to join our team. If you're passionate about providing world-class service and want to build your career with an industry leader,

Some Of The Key Responsibilities In This Role

- Responding to customer parts enquiries, identifying the correct parts and checking stock availability
- Monitoring and responding to parts email enquiries, with regular updates for our external customers
- Ordering and receipting stock accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the technicians and enquiries from the sales team.

About You

- Working experience as a Parts Interpreter
- Exposure to automotive, materials handling, earthmoving or heavy plant parts
- Confidence working in a fast-paced workplace
- High customer service standards and strong communication skills
- Demonstrated competency using ERP systems
- Experience with Hyster, Yale, JCB or similar products would be an advantage.
