We're looking for a Commercial Strategist & Growth expert to join our team to help us identify market opportunities, customer acquisition, sales, product validation, growth strategy and market research. We would be looking for someone who has early-stage startup experience, commercial knowledge, understanding buyer behavior, market intelligence, identifying underserved customer segments and is comfortable generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Identifying MVP opportunities and goals.
- Product-market fit validation.
- Understanding product adoption barriers.
- Working closely with technical teams to translate commercial needs into development priorities.
- Growth strategies and customer acquisition strategies planning.
- Go-to-market strategies.
- Customer onboarding,



retention and onboarding.

Key Skills

- Strategic decision-making.
- Challenging assumptions constructively.
- Operating independently with limited resources.
- Has transparent communication about goals, targets and milestones.
- Has a clear understanding of AI adoption challenges.
- Has taken an early-stage product from concept to paying customers.
