Our client is a leading global financial services company, seeking a legal counsel to join their Sydney-based legal team in a newly created position to focus on regulatory legal matters.
You will support a more senior counsel on a variety of regulatory issues including cross-border licensing matters across the APAC region.
Experience in financial markets, trading, licensing, marketing and/or onboarding of and contracting with counterparties is essential.
You will ideally have a min. of 5 years' PQE, have solid drafting and advisory skills, and be able to work across APAC jurisdiction time zones.
