As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Demand Planner to join our dynamic Planning team.

About the Role

As our Demand Planner, you'll be at the heart of the inventory planning process, translating customer trends, sales data, and market insights into accurate demand forecasts that influence strategic decision-making across the business.

You'll be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining demand forecasts using sales performance, market trends, promotional activity, and seasonal factors
- Partnering with key stakeholders to align demand plans with business objectives and supply capabilities
- Analysing sales trends, inventory performance, and customer purchasing behaviour to optimise stock levels
- Collaborating closely with Merchandise and Sales teams to support new product launches, promotions, markdowns, and key trading periods
- Monitoring forecast accuracy and proactively refining plans to minimise stock shortages and excess inventory
- Leveraging planning systems and analytical tools to improve forecasting effectiveness and drive better outcomes
- Providing meaningful insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions




- Identifying opportunities and risks across demand patterns, supply chain performance, and market conditions
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, efficiencies, and service levels

About You

You're naturally curious, analytical, and enjoy turning data into meaningful business outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced retail workplace and love working collaboratively to solve complex challenges.

You'll bring

- Previous experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Merchandise Planning, or a similar analytical role
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Experience using forecasting, planning, or ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail
- A solid understanding of retail trading patterns, seasonal fluctuations, and inventory management principles
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across the business
