Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Specialist
- Product Quality will join our Perth Branch on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work across Sales, Commercial and Operations teams, driving product quality initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and support continuous improvement. Combining technical understanding, stakeholder engagement and project coordination, you'll play an integral role in delivering value to both our customers and the business. Roster – Monday – Friday, 9.5 Hrs (Including unpaid meal break)

What You'll Do
• Lead the coordination and delivery of product quality improvement programs, ensuring customer commitments, build scopes and project milestones are achieved.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Commercial teams and Caterpillar stakeholders to investigate product issues, develop solutions and drive successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, invoicing and claims processing while ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear communication and exceptional support throughout the project lifecycle. Skills &

Experience:
• HD Mechanic trade or engineering background, ideally within heavy equipment, mining or related industries.
• Exposure to project management, operational improvement or cross-functional project delivery.
• Solid commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability.




• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to keep projects on track and deliver against key milestones. Our Benefits include, but are not limited to:
