We're looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to join our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Squad and support the continued growth of Amplar Health. This role supporting diverse healthcare environments including hospital-in-the-home, community, in-home care services and hospital and sub-acute facilities. You'll partner with leaders to identify risks, strengthen safety capability, influence decision-making and drive positive health, safety and wellbeing outcomes. This is not a traditional corporate safety role. These are dynamic environments where work is often performed outside of controlled workplaces, requiring a pragmatic and commercially minded safety professional who can confidently navigate complexity and influence stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do
• Partner with leaders to embed Medibank's Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy
• Partner with clinical governance and clinical teams to advance health, safety and wellbeing priorities and initiatives
• Provide expert advice on WHS legislation, risk management and compliance
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments and audit activities
• Analyse safety and people data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop and enhance our HSW frameworks, policies and programs
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence positive safety outcomes About you You are a confident, resilient and commercially minded safety professional who can build credibility quickly and navigate complex stakeholder environments. You'll bring:
• 6+ years' experience in Health,



Safety & Wellbeing
• Prior Health, Safety & Wellbeing experience within a clinical setting
• Experience partnering with leaders in healthcare, community services, emergency services, aged care, disability, justice or other field-based operational environments
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and risk management practices
• Advanced reporting and data analysis capability
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• The ability to work autonomously, challenge constructively and drive outcomes
