• Work across video, photography and rapid-moving social formats About Four Pillars Four Pillars began in Healesville with three mates, a copper still and a big idea: make modern Australian gin with a character all its own. There are stories in the gin, the people, the place and all the interesting bits in between. We’re looking for someone who knows how to spot them—and bring them to life on social. As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you’ll work with the Social Media & Content Lead and teams across brand, digital and communications. You’ll help shape the ideas, then get behind the camera and make the content yourself. What you’ll do
• Dream up and create social content that gives Four Pillars’ brand stories a fresh angle.
• Film, photograph and edit content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Find the little details, real people and unexpected moments that make a story worth watching.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences, and make simple edits to existing design templates.
• Keep an eye on what’s happening in culture and social, and use audience response and performance data to sharpen your next idea.
• Work with colleagues and creative partners to bring campaigns to life, keeping content on brand and within alcohol advertising and platform guidelines. What you’ll bring
• Experience making social content, including filming, photography and editing.
• A good eye for a story and the creativity to make it feel right for the brand and the platform.
• Confidence using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, plus Lightroom for photo editing. Experience with Audition is useful.




• Confidence filming on a phone and using professional camera equipment when needed.
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma for simple design edits.
• Curiosity about social trends, audience behaviour and what makes people stop scrolling.
• A collaborative, adaptable approach and the ability to get good work out the door at pace.
• Availability to work from our Yarra Valley distillery three days a week, with flexibility to film at some evening events. This is a hands-on creative role: you’ll help shape how Four Pillars shows up on social, then capture, edit and make the stories yourself.
