As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play an important role in bringing Balter's personality to life across social media, digital marketing, merchandise, events and brand experiences. Reporting to the Brand Manager and working closely with the Balter marketing team, you'll help turn creative ideas into engaging campaigns and memorable brand moments. From capturing content and coordinating photoshoots to managing e-commerce activities and supporting events, you'll enjoy a varied, hands-on role where creativity, organisation and commercial thinking come together.

Key Responsibilities
• Bring Balter's brand to life across social media, creating engaging content, managing community interactions and identifying opportunities to connect with our audience.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, content shoots, digital activities and creative projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Support Balter's e-commerce and merchandise operations, including product updates, inventory management, stock coordination and online promotions.
• Help deliver brand activations, events and partnerships, including activities at our Currumbin brewery and taproom.
• Monitor digital and merchandise performance, providing insights to support commercial decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.




• Keep marketing projects running smoothly, managing timelines, priorities and stakeholders to ensure great ideas translate into successful execution. About You
• Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, content creation or a related field. Graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• A creative flair for social media, storytelling and engaging content, with an interest in emerging digital trends.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• A proactive, resourceful approach, with the confidence to take ownership, solve problems and work independently.
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms, merchandise management or digital marketing tools would be advantageous.
