Through personalised meal plans, thousands of recipes and practical nutrition support, we’re changing the way women approach weight loss and their relationship with food. We’re after a creative, social-first thinker who can make the content and set the strategy behind it. You’ll know how to build an audience, create content people actually want to save and share, and turn social into a real channel for growth. The role Reporting to our Brand Manager and working closely with our CEO, you’ll own equ’s social channels end to end. Most of your time will go into growing equ’s brand and channels. You’ll also support our CEO’s personal brand and content strategy. We’re a work-from-home team. This role is based on the Gold Coast, where you’ll film in person with our CEO around once a fortnight. What you’ll do
• Own equ’s Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and You Tube, with a clear role, audience and KPIs for each
• Run a rolling 4-week content calendar built around key moments like our 8 Week Challenges, Black Friday, EOFY and New Year
• Concept, script, film and edit platform-native short-form video, carousels and Stories
• Turn our recipes, meal plans, app features and member progress into content people save, share and act on
• Test hooks, formats and timing every week, and track what’s driving acquisition
• Translate nutrition and product info into content that’s accurate, simple and fun, working with our coaches and nutrition experts




• Lead community management across our channels
• Own our CEO’s recipe content end to end, from concept and groceries through to shooting, editing and scheduling
• Help evolve our CEO’s content from recipe-focused to founder-led, including managing her personal channels such as Linked InAbout you
• 2–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
• You can shoot and edit short-form video and think strategically, with a portfolio of Reels and Tik Toks to show it
• Solid food styling and recipe sense
• You know Instagram and Tik Tok formats, trends and algorithms inside out
• Sharp copywriter who can write hooks, captions and scripts in different brand voices
• Comfortable using data to make content decisions
• You take initiative and bring ideas without waiting for a brief
• Based on the Gold Coast
• Experience growing a personal or founder-led brand is highly regarded
• An interest in nutrition, health or wellness is a plus Why equ
