- Thorough & ongoing training in all sales skills (negotiation, closing, objection handling, customer impulsing, goal setting).
- Mentoring/coaching from leading players in the solar/sales industry.
- Weekly team-nights, BBQs, sports days.
- Daily & weekly incentives.
- Central office location in Newstead
- Full-time contract (consistent hours & income every week).
- Annual leave & personal/carer's leave.
- Uncapped comms - 2k+ OTE.
- To note, this NOT a 'commission-only' job, we pay uncapped commissions, but on-top of an hourly rate with superannuation, bonuses, sick pay, annual leave etc.
