About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Realtionship and Sales Representative to promote Curae Health's range of dental products and services to dental practices throughout Western Australia.

The primary focus of the role will be developing business opportunities and promoting our dental prosthetic solutions, including our in-house digital dental services and specialised photographic technology.

The position will also involve promoting Curae Health's dental radiology services and identifying opportunities to grow the business across all divisions.

This is a client-facing role involving regular visits to dental practices, building relationships with dental professionals, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products and services.





The successful applicant will also assist new and existing clients with onboarding and implementing the digital technology required to work with Curae Health, including specialised scanners, software and online portals.

Key Responsibilities- Promote Curae Health's dental prosthetic products and services to existing and prospective dental practices.- Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, dental practice owners and other dental professionals.- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales across the company's dental divisions.- Visit dental practices to present products, explain services and understand customer requirements.- Promote the company's range of dental prosthetic solutions, including crowns, bridges, implant restorations, full arch restorations and removable prosthetics.- Promote Curae Health's in-house iCam photographic service, attending dental practices with specialised equipment to capture patient photographs required for digital scanning and prosthetic manufacture.- Promote the company's dental radiology services and identify opportunities to expand the customer base.- Onboard new dental practice clients and assist with establishing their accounts and working relationships with Curae

Health.- Assist new and existing clients with the setup of specialised digital equipment, including intraoral scanners, associated software and other technology required to work with Curae





Health as a digital dental laboratory.- Provide guidance and training to dentists and practice staff on digital workflows, online portals and case submission processes.- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and develop ongoing customer relationships.- Maintain regular contact with clients to identify further opportunities to promote the company's products and services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:- Experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Confidence in building relationships and promoting products and services.- A professional and customer-focused approach.- The ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.- Confidence in demonstrating technology and assisting customers with equipment and software setup.- A willingness to travel throughout Western Australia.- A current driver's licence.- Experience within the dental, medical or healthcare industry would be highly regarded

Work Location: In person

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000
