Kytec is seeking a General Manager – Managed Services to drive strategy, performance and growth of our Managed Services practice in Australia. You will own the practice P&L;, lead the team of engineers and deliver high-quality managed services to enterprise customers while meeting SLAs and growing annuity revenue.

You will partner with leadership to define service offerings, pricing and delivery standards, strengthen partner relationships and build the ITSM capability on Salesforce Agentforce IT
