The Organisation

The Role
This is a newly created leadership role that will steward best practice for Risk and Quality across the organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, your remit is to lead their key pillars, strengthen organisational controls and frameworks ensuring all leaders receive credible information for informed decisions.

This role will lead continuous improvement for risk management, governance and reporting, quality management, internal audits and assurance and policy governance. There will be a review of insurances where you will be the liaison with external negotiations, you will support all audit cycles with external providers including all planning, coordination and progress reporting. This position will oversee incident and feedback reporting processes including complaints and improvement suggestions and also lead the development,



review and implementation of the organisational policies and procedures.
Responsibility will also include leading implementation and continuous improvement for ISO9001.
This is a highly visible role with many touchpoints throughout the organisation. As such it is critical that the successful candidate models the desired culture and demonstrates leadership through role modelling and delivery of work practices.

The Fit
The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications that reflect best practice in risk and quality. Post graduate quals are preferred. Combining quals with significant experience, ideally gained in a similar sector where there is an appreciation of the nuances of health and not for profit would be preferred, demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders is non-negotiable. Experience working with a ticketing system, ISO27001 ISMS and exposure to Ai is ideal, systems literate, solutions focused, able to negotiate and influence with high level communications is expected. Salary commensurate with experience, circa $155k plus super and SP.
