About the role
Join the team as a Legal Assistant in our General Personal Injury practice. This role offers career progression and purposeful work within a positive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Opening and closing files.
- Preparation and filing of court documents.
- Drafting court documents.
- Corresponding with defendant solicitors, clients, barristers, and the Court.
- Diary management.
- Client management, including arranging appointments.
- Preparing briefs to Counsel.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in legal assistance within personal injury law, including file management and court document preparation.
- Strong capability in client service,
demonstrating exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment.
