The City of Moreton Bay is seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join its Public Amenities team, with temporary opportunities available across Narangba and Margate.

This is a hands-on, temporary role involving the cleaning and sanitising of Council's public toilets and amenities, servicing bins and removing litter to help keep community facilities clean, protected and presentable.

Key Details:

- Council: City of Moreton Bay
- Locations: Narangba and Margate
- Pay Rate: $34.96 per hour
- Engagement: Casual
- Duration: 4-6 weeks
- Start date: ASAP
- Roster: 9-day fortnight, including every second weekend
- Hours:

- Weekdays: 5:00am – 2:00pm
- Weekends: 4:00am – 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitise public toilets and amenities
- Service bins and remove litter around Council facilities




- Safely operate cleaning vehicles and equipment
- Handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety procedures
- Complete basic administrative documentation

Requirements:

- Current C Class Driver Licence (MR desirable but not essential)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Ability to undertake manual tasks safely
- Certificate of Vaccination for Tetnus, Hep A&B;
