Are you reliable, physically fit, and looking for a stable role with immediate starts available? We are seeking motivated Dispatch Workers to join our client's busy poultry processing operation.
This is a hands-on role within a high-volume dispatch environment, where you'll play an important part in ensuring products are accurately packed, prepared and distributed. A forklift licence is highly regarded, with opportunities to utilise forklift skills as part of the role.
You'll be working with a supportive team in a fast-paced refrigerated facility where safety, quality, and teamwork are a top priority.

Key Responsibilities
As a Dispatch Worker, your duties may include:
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Unpacking and palletising stock
- Loading and unloading products
- Operating forklifts (where licenced and authorised)
- Maintaining stock accuracy and quality standards
- Working safely within food production and dispatch areas
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Working efficiently to meet daily production and dispatch targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
- The flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required
- The ability to work comfortably in a refrigerated environment
- Confidence handling raw poultry products in accordance with food safety requirements
Highly Desirable
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Experience in warehousing, dispatch, manufacturing, food production or processing environments
- Experience working in cold storage or refrigerated facilities
- Additional warehouse or workplace safety certifications
Shift Availability
Applicants must be available to work across shift patterns, including weekends and overtime as required:
- Day Shift: 7:00am Start
- Afternoon Shift: 3:45pm Start
- Night Shift: 10:00pm Start
Flexibility across multiple shifts will be highly regarded.
