WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW

- This Territory Manager role will generate and acquire new business and maximise sales objectives through direct customers and meet customer and territory KPI’s.
- The position is responsible for selling and promoting a range of devices and consumables to hospitals (sometimes within theatre, but NO on-call), within Brisbane CBD & surrounds with weekly trips to Toowoomba.
- You will prepare sales and territory plans to identify specific commercial opportunities and build excellent customer relationships, understand and impart product knowledge and detailed technical information.
- You will maintain a strong customer-centric focus,



following through on customer commitments and requests within agreed timeframes and conduct regular territory reviews with sales management in conjunction with the Sales Manager who you will report to (based in NSW).
- You will ensure your key products and marketing strategies are effectively implemented on territory and follow up on all sales leads, referrals and prepare presentations, proposals and customer correspondence.
- Due to the nature of your role and level of responsibility, participation and attendance at events, seminars, exhibitions or workshops will require attendance on some weekends and evenings as necessary (on occasion).

WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, science, business or a related discipline highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices in a similar role.
- The ability to understand and impart technical knowledge across a broad portfolio of products with the ability to both acquire and develop new business opportunities.
- A valid Qld driver's license and work rights in Australia essential.
