About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee electrical installations on an office fit-out project in Bendigo, initially for 6 months, ensuring all work is completed to high standards of safety, quality and compliance.

Reporting to the Project Manager and General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Providing leadership and direction to site crews and subcontractors
- Planning and managing daily work tasks across multiple work fronts
- Performing electrical and fault-finding work as required
- Managing onsite HSEQ requirements and ensuring safety compliance
- Overseeing daily construction procedures in line with industry regulations,



standards and codes
- Liaising with the Project Manager and General Manager to keep the project on time and on budget
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to lift productivity and quality

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Current A Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)
- Proven experience in commercial construction and office fit-out projects (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and project fronts
- Solid understanding of electrical standards, regulations and codes
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivation, initiative and a proactive work ethic
- A commitment to teamwork, safety and continuous improvement
