What you'll be up to:

- Dialling in the recipe to make beautiful coffees and high-quality specialty drinks, looking after the barista station, flagging any supply or equipment needs
- Supporting the patisserie, boulangerie and gelato service when not busy with barista work, including: customer service, product knowledge, receipt of monies, clearing tables, cleaning and maintaining opening and/or closing housekeeping

Want the job? Apply now if you have:

- At least 6 months+ of prior professional barista experience a must, knowledge of coffee orders, setting up recipes and latte art.
- Full availability throughout our peak season (15 December–15 January), particularly our busiest week (27 December–4 January)




- A love for customer service + a love for fine food
- Full and current visa working permissions for more than 6+ months.
